So, these are what I call "flunkies." They are something else! The majority of them have absolutely NO bedside manner. I am not quite sure if that comes later in your medical career of if it is because they are PLASTICS residents, but we have YET to meet one that has been even in the RANGE of friendly... :( Then, these morons come in and have NO CLUE! What the hell is their purpose?? They walk in, look at the wound, and walk out. They can almost NEVER answer ANY of the questions that we ask. Then, they say something COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of what the doctor said who came in just an hour before or after them!
Let's not even discuss the fact that Tobey is a kid.. Yea! It might be nice if you TALK to him! Most of the time, he says that they come in and leave and don't say a word to him. WTF??? That is NOT OK! This is a teenager. He would like to have some idea WHAT you are doing and WHAT the gameplan IS.... COMMUNICATION is VERY important. LACK of it, is not just annoying. It is plain RUDE!
So, REALLY I need to NOT have them involved in my son's care... It is unnerving me. It NEVER used to, but this time it IS in a HUGE way!

They sounds like jerks! Maybe it's a plastics thing? IDK but if they don't have beside manner in residency, it will only get worse!
